COVID-19: Herbalife Important Message About Our Sales Centers
We will be making some important changes to our Sales Center operations to support the health and safety of all our Herbalife Nutrition Independent Distributors and employees.
Beginning on Monday, March 23, you will no longer be able to do walk-in and pick-up orders at our Los Angeles and Memphis Distribution Centers. Both Distribution Centers will be shipping orders only.
Additionally, and also effective Monday, March 23, you will not be able to do walk-in and cash orders at all other Sales Centers and pick-up counters. It will be mandatory to use Advanced Will Call (AWC) to schedule all pick-up orders. AWC allows you to notify the Sales Center to prepare your orders beforehand, and when completed you will receive a text alert letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.

To further support everyone’s safety, please follow these additional precautionary measures:
- Place orders ahead of time through our Call Center or online on MyHerbalife.com
- Minimize the number of people you bring to the Sales Center (2 max)
- If you are feeling sick, please ask someone to pick up your order for you
We recognize that many states are issuing advisories of social distancing, which encourages communities to reduce personal contact with others. In light of these latest developments, we are encouraging all Distributors who normally prefer to order and pick up their products at our Sales Centers to order online (preferably) or by phone – and if possible, to elect to have your order shipped to you rather than picking it up in person (“Retail Inventory Orders”) or to select “Customer Direct” as your order purpose to conveniently ship your customers’ orders directly to their address.
