This dietary supplement was created by our team of experts. A low-calorie powder, it mixes easily with water, tea, aloe or our Formula 1 meal replacement shakes and can be consumed once a day.

Although simply ingesting just any type of collagen will not directly or permanently improve skin, clinical tests have shown that Verisol®1 collagen, formulated into this product, supports the skin’s elasticity and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.2 The product also contains selenium, zinc, and biotin to support strong hair and healthy nails.2
Why does Herbalife SKIN® Collagen Beauty Booster work? Because collagen is a large triple helical protein, it would either be poorly absorbed or broken down by proteolytic enzymes if ingested. For this reason, the Herbalife SKIN® Collagen Beauty Booster uses specific pieces of the collagen molecule called “peptides” (also known as hydrolyzed collagen) that can be absorbed intact by the body to deliver benefits to the skin and reduce the signs of cellulite.
The Verisol® Bioactive Collagen Peptides in our product are made by Gelita AG, a 141-year-old German company and the world’s leading supplier of collagen proteins for the food, health, nutrition and pharmaceutical industries.
Though clinical skin research is complex and challenging, two studies conducted by Gelita on its Verisol® ingredient showed impressive and consistent findings and statistically significant differences were observed.
According to the study conducted by German and Brazilian scientists, “Our findings demonstrate that the oral intake of specific bioactive collagen peptides (Verisol®) reduced skin wrinkles and had positive effects on dermal matrix synthesis.” Similar results were observed in the other study on skin elasticity, and the results of both studies were published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Importantly, only healthy women were tested in these clinical studies, as we never recommend any of our products to people coping with disease.
